- >Built and launched an LLM-based WhatsApp agentic chatbot for paid sellers using Google ADK, driving end-to-end design and production rollout (Dec 2025).
- >Re-architected the agentic chatbot stack onto LangGraph orchestration with Langfuse tracing and observability, improving reliability and debuggability of multi-step agent flows.
- >Engineered an n8n-based LLM Auditor automating Dialogflow conversation audit workflows (launched Jan 2026), eliminating repetitive manual QA effort.
- >Developed backend APIs and workflows in PHP and Golang powering marketplace and WhatsApp features, including the BuyLead Re-engagement journey to increase repeat conversions.
- >Built a LangGraph-powered RCA (Root Cause Analysis) agent with a React frontend, piloted on WhatsApp Help to automate production incident investigation.
Full-Stack SDE Intern
- >Integrated an AI model with the CRM and built admin frontends for lead management using Next.js.
- >Developed a Django backend for real-time chat with WebSocket support and token-based authorization on API routes.

A full-stack autonomous RCA platform built on Claude Code's agentic harness. An AI agent fetches LLM traces, system logs, WhatsApp chat history, and production code snapshots to generate structured root-cause analysis reports — cutting investigation time from ~2 days to minutes per case. Built for IndiaMART's WhatsApp Seller Bot team.

A sophisticated recommender system that leverages web mining techniques to help users find hotels that match their preferences. The system combines automated web scraping, real-time data processing, and machine learning to provide personalized hotel recommendations.

TeamUp is a full-stack web application built with Next.js 14+ that transforms project management and team collaboration. With real-time updates, task approval workflows, and comprehensive project management features, TeamUp helps teams work more efficiently together.
IWDS : Integrated Wireless Detection System
IWDS, an Integrated Wireless Detection System was developed as part of the 2024 Engineering & Design Project at IIITDM Jabalpur. This project aims to provide a mobile and integrated approach to environmental monitoring, overcoming the limitations of traditional stationary systems.
